I make performance that sits between music, theatre and live art, using voice, sound, bodies and objects to build strange theatrical worlds. My work ranges from autofictive solos to large-scale collaboratively made shows.

HOW NOW BROWN COW

My award-winning solo lipsync performance about a boy with a stammer, built around a prerecorded child’s voice.

PIGSPIGSPIGS

I birthed and performed PIGSPIGSPIGS with Bastard Assignments, a music-theatre work directed by Kim Pearce and co-commissioned by Wigmore Hall, SPOR and Borealis. Pigs is a darkly comic music-theatre work about a rural English family farm unraveling under debt, alcoholism, and the supernatural.

Commissioned by Musik Installationen Nürnberg, HOUSE is an eight-hour hypnotic, cyclical journey through an imagined day with Bastard Assignments — filled with song, Butoh, choreographic prose, surreal chores and pause.
